中考英文作文面面觀-套用文

套用文是人們日常生活中廣泛使用的文體。它最突出的特點是它的實際套用性，套用文包括很廣，如書信、通知、日記、海報、便條、啟事、請柬、電報、契約等。套用文的語言應使用規範語言，重在實用，力求樸實、準確、簡潔。

一、書信
　書信我們分為兩部分：信封和內容。

1、信封的寫法。

　英文信封正面的左上角，寫發信人的姓名和地址。在信封的正面中央偏左一點，寫收信人的地址和姓名。

　英文信封上的地點名稱由小到大，視其長短可占二至五行不等。

　寄信人只寫姓名，不寫頭銜。但是，收信人一般都在名字前加上頭銜，以示禮貌和尊敬。對於沒有官銜和學銜的人士，通常在姓名前寫上Mr., Mrs.,或Ms.。

　信封的寫法，一般來說，很少出現在中考英文的作文中。

2、內容。

英文信一般可以分為下列幾個部分。

1）信端（Heading）即寫信人的地址和發信日期。
　　2）收信人姓名地址
　　3）稱呼
　　4）信的正文
　　5）結束語
　　6）簽名

　有的時候，出題者會讓考生寫e-mail。e-mail的寫法和書信的寫法基本一致。只不過少了書信在信封上的繁瑣。

　（2005年北京）根據中文大意，寫出意思連貫、符合邏輯、不少於50詞的短文。
　　  　　假設你叫王明，昨天收到了筆友David的e-mail，得知他不久要到北京來學習中文。他想了解如何學好中文。請你用英文給他回復一封e-mail，介紹學習中文的體會和方法，提出你的建議，以及表達你幫助他學好中文的願望。
　　Dear David,
　　 I'm glad you'll come to Beijing to learn Chinese. Chinese is very useful, and many foreigners are learning it now. It's difficult for you because it's quite different from English. You have to remember as many Chinese words as possible. It's also important to do some reading and writing. You can watch TV and listen to the radio to practise your listening. Do your best to talk with people in Chinese. You can learn Chinese not only from books but also from people around you. If you have any questions, please ask me. I'm sure you'll learn Chinese well.

二、發言稿
　發言稿要注意以下三點：
　　1、發言的地點
　　2、發言的對象
　　3、發言的內容。

請看例文：

　（2005年河北）在一次英文班會上，老師請同學們以“Proud of My School”為主題發言。請根據下面所給的提示寫一篇發言稿。字數要求在80～100詞之間。文中不得出現真實的人名、地名。
　提示：①What does your school look like？
　②What fun do you have at school？
　③Why do you like your school？

Proud of My School
　　 My school is very big with several tall buildings. There are 2，000 students in my school. We have a big playground with lots of trees around it. There are a lot of flowers everywhere.
　　 We have lots of fun at school. After class we play games and do lots of sports, like a big family. The teachers in my school are as kind to us as our parents. I feel proud of my school because it is one of the best schools in my heart.

三、通知

　通知的正文一般都是寫在Notice以詞之下，一般來說不必寫稱呼語和結束語。出同時的單位名稱可以寫在notice之上，也可以寫在正文的右下角。

　正文一般採用文章式，有時為了醒目，也可採用廣告式。廣告式要力求簡明扼要，一個句子可分幾行。每行第一個字母一般要大寫。

看例文：
　（2005年湖北）明天（星期五）全班同學將去參觀科學博物館（the Science Museum），由你（班長）通知全體同學。（通知的開頭和結尾已給出）內容如下：
　1. 早上8點鐘在校門口集合，步行前往。
　2. 下星期一交一份有關參觀的報告。
　3. 參觀時要認真聽，仔細看並記下有趣的東西。
　4. 不可在博物館內大聲喧譁及拍照。
　5. 帶筆和筆記本。
　要求：①不要逐句翻譯。 ②字數60～80。
　　Fellow students，
　　 We are going to visit the Science Museum tomorrow. We will meet at the school gate at eight in the morning and we will go there on foot. Take your pens and notebooks with you. We should listen and watch carefully and write down something interesting when you visit the museum. Please don't make any noise in the museum and don't take any pictures. You'll have to hand in a report about the visit next Monday.

四、啟事

　啟事是一種公告式的套用文。團體或個人如有什麼事情要向大家公開說明或對公眾有什麼要求，可將要說的話寫成啟事，張貼在布告欄上或登在報刊上。啟事一般無固定格式，要求簡明扼要即可。

看例文：

　假設你叫高迪，是高一（2）班的學生。你在10月16日晚上把一本《牛津高級英漢雙解字典》丟在閱覽室里，用英文寫一則尋物啟事，貼在餐廳前的留言板上，請撿到者交給你或你班班長。啟事時間：10月17日

　On the evening of October 16th,I left my Oxford Advanced Learner’s English-Chinese Dictienary in the reading-room.It is new.Will the finder please send it to me in Class Two,senior Grade One or to our monitor?Thank you very much.

五、海報

　海報是一種帶有裝飾性的宣傳廣告。有時配以繪畫圖案。內容以影訊、展覽、演出信息、友誼賽等為主。為了儘可能使更多的人知道，海報往往貼在醒目之處。

看例文：

　請以學生會文體部的名義為一場籃球友誼賽寫一份海報，內容如下：
　1. 參加者：美國北地中學校隊和我校校隊
　2. 地點：水泥球場
　3. 時間：2005年11月20日（星期天）下午4點
　4. 組織者：我院學生會文體部
　5. 海報發出時間：2005年11月14日
　　POSTER
　　Friendly Basketball Match
